Argh. what to do.. ;$

I just had to ask for your opinions.
I have a new job since 2 weeks. So I have worked 8 days there right now, and there is a guy from my age.
He worked everyday too when I worked, so we saw eachother a lot and talked a lot and stuff.
Now since yesterday night I kinda thought; would he like me? It was kinda obvious xD
And later on when we were done working, I had to do something upstaires so another guy came to me and asked: Do you like him?
I said: err.. I don't know, I don't think so, I only have known him for 2 weeks.. He said: He likes you a lot and is in love with you..
.. argh.. what to do. He is sweet and I have fun with him, but after 2 weeks.. I'm not in love with him or something, and he is.. but I don't want to hurt him.. maybe I gave him hope?
What to do.. xD Not to hard for him, because I see him like 3 / 4 times in the week. 0_0

I think you should try going on one date and see how it is.If its awkward then you should just stay friends but if you find him interesting,good looking and stuff like that there is like 60% chance you will fall in love with him. I really think that there is love at first sight but sometimes you needs time to get clear with feelings.

Yeah, maybe one date. but it's kinda awkward if I see him a lot at work and if it hasn't worked out... ;o
And since I just work there 2 weeks, it's so fast and I don't want to feel awkward when I go to my job xD

I am a person who says what she thinks right away so I just cant get in your shoes 
But if you are sure you wont like him then maybe you should tell him you like him only as a friend (but in some why that wont hurt him) or say you already have someone you like - Arent I evil
