in terms of vocal: Hyorin. Her performances in Immortal Song 2 are always awesome. (My favorite is when she sang "Heeya") Agree with Shini, she's really is Korean's Beyonce~

in terms of personality: Secret's Hyosung. After watching Oh! My School I think she's funny & cute

in terms of musicality: IU. besides singing, she can play guitar & compose songs well. She's the same age with me but she's waaayy more talented than me XD

but I also like SNSD's Taeyeon and Park Bom's voice. So, yeah, it's really hard to choose one ^^" but for kpop male I can choose 1 :3
